Free email support and advice from experienced professionals. Hosting costs of € 120/year are included with 99.9% uptime guarantee and free SSL. All licenses are paid, think of: Theme license costing around € 100/year are included, Cookie compliance costing around € 100/year, Web shop costing around € 220/year etc. Maintenance: we keep your website up-to-date to keep everything safe. At least once per quarter we do all software updates worth € 180/year. An additional advantage is that the functionality remains up-to-date and you do not run the risk that the website breaks because a new PHP version comes out. In addition, you will receive (free) new functionality.
No problem, we will transfer everything. By using a staging site, the current website continues to work and we can view the new site at the same time. After approval, the new site is put live and the current website is discontinued.
You are not locked-in! After the first year, you can stop the subscription or move to a provider of your choice. You will have to move yourself, take out licenses with sellers, do all maintenance yourself, and do all website updates yourself. We provide a .zip file with which you can perform the move. It is also possible not to move, but to stop the subscription, you will then remain on the same hosting. Note: You must cancel at least 30 days before the renewal. This prevents costs for renewing licenses etc.
No, that is not possible. We can only guarantee the quality we strive for if we control the whole process.
No, you pay domain costs to your provider. This is usually around € 15/year for a .nl or .com, but depends very much on the extension. We can register a domain for you.
No, most companies already have a logo. A logo is optional and can usually be arranged for a one-time fee of € 500. We can take care of this for you.

While it’s always possible to pay with credit card via the link in the invoice email, we kindly request you to pay your invoice via SEPA bank transfer (Europe) or Wise (formerly Transferwise, United States). The details are on your invoice.
