Yes, we have security systems in place that block IP’s that look suspicious. It’s easy to unblock, visit https://www.henselhosting.nl/ip and fill out the form or send your IP address in a message on Basecamp (login via the button above). In the mean time, you can use another IP by switching to another WiFi or to your phone’s connection.

While it’s always possible to pay with credit card via the link in the invoice email, we kindly request you to pay your invoice via bank transfer (Europe) or Transferwise (United States).
