Please log in to Basecamp via the button above. Go to the relevant project. Go to text-documents and find the document “Contact Details”. This document has urgent contact details. Alternatively you can reach us via our 24/7 web hosting support also.

Yes, we have security systems in place that block IP’s that look suspicious. It’s easy to unblock, visit https://www.henselhosting.nl/ip and fill out the form or send your IP address in a message on Basecamp (login via the button above). In the mean time, you can use another IP by switching to another WiFi or to your phone’s connection.

Please log in via the Basecamp link above, go to the relevant project and post your question there.

While it’s always possible to pay with credit card via the link in the invoice email, we kindly request you to pay your invoice via bank transfer (Europe) or Transferwise (United States). Pre-sales Questions
Smartster Media works with an hourly rate. If you’re on a budget, we can give you a price indication beforehand. Invoices are sent on a weekly basis and are due within 7 days. For new customers, a retainer is required depending on the project size.
