Method 1 (‘Pay now’ button)
If your invoice is under $1,000 and it happens around once a year, then please save yourself the trouble and simply click the green “Pay now” button in the email.
Also if other methods don’t work for you, feel free to use this method.
Method 2 (ACH from your bank to ours)
The easiest way is to save on fees is to ACH to our account (no Wise account needed).

If you can’t use ACH, you can sign up with Wise and pay through one of their payment methods, following the steps below:
Who is this for?
Paying an invoice with Wise (formerly Transferwise) is easy, but needs a quick one-time setup. Therefor please only do this if you have Wise already or if you intend to pay many bills.
Step 1: Create Wise account

Step 3: Create a payment in US Dollars $ (USD to USD)
- In the “You send” box enter the amount of the invoice (see picture below)
- Click “See calculation” to change what to pay with… (see picture below)
- … Select Debit card only (!) — (see picture below)
- Follow the rest of the steps: select recipient, review, pay via debit card
- Done!
(!) Only choose Debit card. Do not choose any other payment option, as they either don’t work well, or have a high cost.
Next time:
The next time, you just login, skip steps 1 & 2, select the payment from last time, and you only need to update the amount and you can pay-in via debit card.
